'Le Barre' is an innovative and liberating way to exercise. Barre workouts are based on the principles of Ballet and Pilates providing you with an instant feel good factor! It offers a full body workout and is designed to make you "feel the burn" helping you to create great posture, improved fitness and achieve improved overall physical health...... sounds too good to be true?? Come and try it for yourself! Our Le Barre classes are suitable for anyone regardless of your ability.
WHAT DO I NEED?
All our Le Barre classes last 60-minutes. It's important to stay hydrated throughout the class so make sure you bring a large bottle of water with you. If you have long hair, bring a hair bobble to tie your hair up during the class. Wear fitted clothing that is breathable and comfortable (details below) and, lastly, arrived motivated!
WHAT TO EXPECT
A centre of excellence, Le Barre rewards a high level of training. All instructors are trained in classical Ballet, Pilates and Fitness techniques. You will always get our attention 1st or 20th session!
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the class is due to start.
All classes are suitable for newcomers and those without prior Barre workout experience. Our classes fill up quickly so please contact us to book your place.
Le Barre is suitable for ages 16+ and all fitness levels. Throughout the class, our expert instructors will guide you through a variety of precise strengthening poses using Barre apparatus. Classes are intense (get ready to work your socks off!) and effective.
Sessions are developed to help rehabilitate and strengthen the body – creating an injury-free, supple physique.

Advanced classes are available for clients who currently have previous dance training or looking to develop their dance technique.
WHAT TO WEAR
Always wear workout clothing that is breathable and that you are comfortable in. Tight-fitting clothing is a must! This allows your instructor to assess your form and alignment and guide you for the best results.
Pilates socks must be worn (for comfort and safety). If you don't have your own you can purchase at the beginning of any class.
