With mixed level classes available, our Private Classes are an excellent opportunity to hone your technique and complete a bespoke class that is completely tailored to your needs, including fitness, healing and even stress release.  You will leave feeling 2 inches taller! We offer Le Barre, Pilates and Personal Training sessions in Colchester and surrounding areas, Essex.

Private Classes are one-to-one and begin with a consultation where you'll discuss your needs and set targets for the best results. Classes can be 60 or 90-minutes long.


The perfect strength booster, Le Barre is a Barre workout derived from Ballet and Pilates. Throughout our classes, you will be guided through a variety of poses with the aim to improve alignment, balance, concentration and strength, while contributing to a strong, slender figure. Our classes are intense but very effective at boosting health.


Pilates comprises of a variety of stretches achieved through precise poses to help you achieve a lean physique. Pilates is an excellent way to strengthen your body's core muscles and enhance your posture. Exercises tap into deep muscle tissues that help support the spine and gently pull in and up the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.
