PILATES FOR PERFECT POSTURE
Pilates is an intense, low-impact workout that comprises of a variety of stretches achieved through precise poses to help you achieve a lean physique while challenging you mentally, physically and spiritually. After a long day, Pilates is an effective stress release and mood booster, as well as being a brilliant way to keep fit.
All our Pilates classes last 55/60-minutes and are delivered by highly-experienced Pilates/Ballet instructors with years of Pilates, Professional Dance, Fitness and wellness experience.
HOW PILATES IMPROVES POSTURE
Pilates is an excellent way to strengthen your body's core muscles and enhance your posture. It is a slow, controlled form of exercising that dramatically improves posture and alignment. The exercises are designed to tap into deep muscle tissues that help support the spine and gently pull in and up the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.
WHO CAN DO PILATES?
Pilates is for everyone! Why don't you try it! It will help you to improve flexibility and is especially effective for those overcoming injuries such as lower back, knee and hip problems. During our Pilates classes, you're encouraged to take your time to ensure every pose is practised with precision for maximum benefit. We have beginners join frequently... so you wont be left behind!
WHAT TO WEAR
Always wear workout clothing that is breathable and that you are comfortable in. We recommend wearing tight-fitting clothing that allows complete flexibility. Pilates/Yoga/Gym wear is suitable.
It is important to stay hydrated throughout the class so make sure you bring a large bottle of water or another form of hydrating drink with you. Please avoid soft drinks
